Caring Touch Home Health Care Inc. was founded by Nicole Troiano, inspired by her own experience caring for her mother. Having faced the challenges of caregiving firsthand, Nicole saw the need for reliable, compassionate support for families like hers. Her vision is simple: to provide the highest quality in-home care, rooted in kindness, guidance, and trust. Beyond leading Caring Touch, Nicole volunteers with senior advocacy groups and gives her time generously to those in need. With a professional background in healthcare and manufacturing procurement, and the unwavering support of her family, Nicole brings both expertise and heart to every aspect of our services. She lives by the philosophy: “Be kind to each other, and the world will be kind to you.”
